Count กับ COUNTA ต่างกัน อย่างไร

? ฟังก์ชั่นพื้นฐานสำหรับการใช้งาน Excel ที่ใช้บ่อยและสามารถจัดการงานของเราให้ลุล่วงไปได้อย่างรวดเร็ว กลุ่มฟังก์ชั่นในจำนวนนั้นได้แก่ Count, Counta, Countif, Sumif และ Match โดย Count จะใช้นับตัวเลข Counta จะนับทุกค่ายกเว้นเซลล์ว่าง Countif จะเป็นการนับตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด Sumif จะเป็นการรวมตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ส่วน Match จะเป็นการค้นหาและให้คำตอบเป็นตัวเลขลำดับที่ที่พบรายการ ?

The COUNT function is generally used to count a range of cells containing numbers or dates excluding blanks.

COUNTA, on the other hand will count everything... numbers, dates, text or a range containing a mixture of these items, but does not count blank cells. COUNTA stands for count all.

Although you can use COUNTA to generate the number of clients or employees in a list, it counts each entry, not unique entries. To count unique entries you would have to use the SUM function together with the COUNTIF function.

An example of using both functions is given below:

Where COUNT calculates the number of cells with a numerical value, COUNTA simply counts the number of cells that contain any value (that is, cells that are not blank).

COUNT ใช้นับค่าของข้อมูล

ไวยากรณ์
=COUNT(value1,value2,...)
=COUNT(ค่าที่ 1 ,ค่าที่ 2,...)


ตัวอย่าง

Count จะนับเฉพาะตัวเลข และวันที่ ไม่อ่าน Text
ถ้าจะให้นับ Text ด้วย ต้องใช้ CountA ช่วย

=COUNTA(value1,value2,...)
=COUNTA(ค่าที่ 1 ,ค่าที่ 2,...)


จากตัวอย่างเดิม

Count จะนับเฉพาะตัวเลข และวันที่ ไม่อ่าน Text
CountA นับ ทั้งตัวเลข วันที่ และ Text

Count จะไม่นับเซลล์ว่าง (Empty Cell) และ ค่าว่าง (Empty Text) หรือ ""
CountA จะไม่นับเซลล์ว่าง (Empty Cell) แต่จะนับ ค่าว่าง (Empty Text) หรือ ""

**เซลล์ว่าง (Empty Cell) คือเซลล์ที่ไม่มี อักขระหรือตัวเลขใดๆ( เหมือนกับตอนที่เราเปิด Worksheet ใหม่ขึ้นมา )
**ค่าว่างจะมองดูเหมือนเซลล์ว่าง แต่ไม่ว่าง จะมีเครื่องหมาย (') อยู่ในนั้นตรงมุมซ้ายบน

ฟังก์ชัน COUNTA จะนับเซลล์ที่มีข้อมูลชนิดใดๆ รวมถึงค่าความผิดพลาดและข้อความว่าง ("") ตัวอย่างเช่น ถ้าช่วงมีสูตรที่ส่งกลับสตริงว่าง ฟังก์ชัน COUNTA จะนับค่านั้น ฟังก์ชัน COUNTA จะไม่นับเซลล์ที่ว่าง

คําสั่ง Countif และ Countif ต่างกันอย่างไร

ความต่างของฟังก์ชัน COUNTIF และ COUNTIFS คือ COUNTIF นับแบบมีเงื่อนไขเดียว แต่ COUNTIFS นับแบบมีหลายเงื่อนไขได้ เคสนี้มีเงื่อนไขเดียว (เงื่อนไขคือ 0) ใช้ฟังก์ชัน COUNTIF ได้เลย

ฟังก์ชัน COUNT จะนับจํานวนเซลล์ที่มีตัวเลข และนับจํานวนภายในรายการอาร์กิวเมนต์ ใช้ฟังก์ชัน COUNT เพื่อรับจํานวนรายการในเขตข้อมูลตัวเลขที่อยู่ในช่วงหรืออาร์เรย์ของตัวเลข ตัวอย่างเช่น คุณสามารถใส่สูตรต่อไปนี้เพื่อนับตัวเลขในช่วง A1:A20: =COUNT(A1:A20) ในตัวอย่างนี้ ถ้าเซลล์ห้าเซลล์ในช่วงมีตัวเลข ผลลัพธ์คือ5. เล่น

Counta ใช้ยังไง

การใช้ COUNTA เพื่อนับเซลล์ที่ไม่ว่าง.
