Depending on your plan type, you can choose to increase the file size limit or form upload limit when you add the field. File TypesThe File Upload field lets people upload most file types, except: HTML, EXE, DLL, PHP, PHP3, and PHPS Account-Wide File Storage LimitFiles people submit with their entries are stored in your account and count towards your total storage limit. To see how much storage you're currently using, check your Account Usage in the Account Manager. To increase your file storage limit, upgrade your plan . Once you reach your file storage limit, people trying to upload a file won't be able to—instead they'll see an error message. They can still submit the rest of their entry, as long as the file upload field isn't required. Deleting FilesTo free up storage and accept new file uploads, you can delete files directly from each entry in the Entry Manager, or from the File Manager. Deleting the file from either place will permanently delete it from your account. Viewing & Downloading FilesPrivacy Matters! Files uploaded by respondents are stored as a public URL that may be included in Notification Emails, Confirmation Emails, Exports, or Reports. Files are downloadable to anyone with access to the link. Simple File Upload for processing errorsIf you have the Simple File Upload application installed on your workspace, you have the option of opening an individual processing error, downloading the errored file, and uploading the repaired file as a replacement after you resolve the error outside of Relativity. This is available through the Error Actions console, which appears on the Processing Error Layout after you have configured your environment with the assistance of a support representative. Notes:

Viewing auditsWhen you use Simple File Upload for processing errors, Relativity audits your actions, which you can view via the View Audit button on the processing error layout. When you open the audit view, you can see such actions as File Download and File Upload, along with the processing error file download and replacement paths, among other details. Note: Auditing for Simple File Upload for processing errors was added in Relativity 9.5.219.30.
