ซึ่งเป็นการร่วมมือกันระหว่างคุณครูสอนภาษาอังกฤษที่สถาบันและฝ่าย HR เก่าของบริษัทชื่อดังอย่าง Toyota แล้วอยากสรุปความรู้ที่ได้รับมาไว้ในนี้ เผื่อเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับการสัมภาษณ์งานของทุกคนกันค่ะ

เริ่มจากกิจกรรมถาม-ตอบกับเพื่อนๆที่มาสัมนาด้วยกัน (Ice breaking)

Where are you from ? – I am from Bangkok, Thailand.
What do you do now ? (ถามถึงอาชีพที่กำลังทำอยู่ในปัจจุบัน) – I am an auditor.
What kind of job are you looking for ? (กำลังมองหางานแบบไหนอยู่) – I am looking for a digital marketing job.
Can you tell me one thing about you ? (บอกเกี่ยวกับข้อดีหรือจุดเด่นของตัวเอง) – I can speak Thai, English and Japanese.

คำถามที่อาจจะเจอในตอนสัมภาษณ์

Example:

My name is Treesukondh Chiramakara. You can call me “Tree”. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Major in English program, School of management at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai, Thailand. I am currently working as an auditor at Deloitte, Thailand. My main responsibilities are financial statements auditing and information analyzing for the companies. This career makes me to be diligent and attentive to detail and teaches me how to communicate well with customers, well organized and being the senior in charge to guide junior how to work. I always need to work to meet the deadline. I have a passion in traveling. My hobby is writing blogs about travel, art and cafe in my website called “takemeaway.life”. *You can call me (nickname). มันน่าเบื่อไปแล้ว –> What do you go by? (จะให้ฉันเรียกคุณว่าอะไร) – I go by Tree. (ชื่อเล่นชื่อตรีค่ะ) = เป็นวิธีการบอกชื่อเล่นอีกแบบนึง

*เราสามารถบอกเกี่ยวกับงานอดิเรกของเราได้ โดยพยายามลิ้งไปถึงงานให้ได้ว่าดีอย่างไร

*Think on my feet เป็นสำนวน แปลว่า สามารถคิดและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

*I believe that my experience and ability will be an asset to your company and your team. asset แปลตรงตัวแปลว่าสินทรัพย์ ประโยคนี้เป็นประโยคสวยๆที่ไว้ใช้พูดตอนจบได้ว่าเราเชื่อว่าประสบการณ์และความสามารถของเราสามารถเป็นประโยชน์ให้กับบริษัทได้อย่างมาก (ขายของให้เค้าเลือกเรา)

*ถ้าเค้าถามว่า What did you do? หรือ ตอนนี้ไม่ได้ทำงานอะไรก็สามารถใช้ Past tense (V2) แทนตัวอย่าง Present tense ด้านบน ex. I was an auditor at Deloitte, Thailand.

What will you do in 5 years from now? = where do you see yourself (วางอนาคตในอีก 5 ปีข้างหน้าไว้อย่างไร)

I would like to + verb . (อยากจะทำอะไร)
I would like to be + noun. (อยากจะเป็นอะไร)

Example

I would like to grow with your company. I would like to learn more and develop myself with this company to be as a senior in the future. I would like to gain a better knowledge and understanding of this job. I am eager to develop my writing and communication skill to be good as much as I can for content editor.

* eager เป็น adjective ต้องใช้คู่กับ Verb to be ณ ที่นี้แปลว่า กระตือรือร้น กระหายที่จะเรียนรู้

*ต่อให้จะอยากลาออกก่อน 5 ปีก็ต้องบอกว่าอยากโตไปกับบริษัทไว้ก่อนนะ !

ทางคุณครูได้จัดพวกเราเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อให้ได้แต่งประโยคของตัวเองและฝึกพูดกันจริงๆ โดยคุณครูจะคอยแนะนำว่าควรจะพูดอย่างไร คำไหนที่ควรใช้ มีอะไรควรแก้ไขบ้าง เป็นรายคนเลยดีเดียว

Unexpected Questions (คำถามที่อาจจะโดนถามได้อย่างไม่คาดฝันมาก่อน)

How much salary do you expect ? (อยากได้เงินเดือนประมาณเท่าไหร่) – I would expect to be paid in an appropriate range base on my experience. (อาจจะไม่ต้องบอกเท่าไหร่ แต่ตอบสวยๆไปว่าคาดหวังว่าจะได้รับค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมกับประสบการณ์การทำงานที่สั้งสมมาค่ะ เอ้อออ เอาสิ)
Do you prefer working alone or as a team? (ชอบทำงานคนเดียวหรือทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่น) – I would rather work as a team because working by sharing ideas is more productive and effective. (ต่อให้ชอบทำงานคนเดียวใจจะขาดก็ต้องบอกว่าชอบทำงานเป็นกลุ่มไว้ก่อนนะ เพราะโลกแห่งความจริง งานๆนึงมันต้องร่วมด้วยช่วยกัน งานถึงจะสำเร็จ)

(ห้ามเงียบ ห้าม Blank เด็ดขาด เพราะเค้าอยากจะดูว่าเราพยายามพูดรึปล่าว ลองถามเกี่ยวกับว่าขั้นตอนต่อไป จะเป็นยังไง ประกาศผลเมื่อไหร่ หรือ ต้องเตรียมตัวยังไงบ้าง รับไม่รับไม่รู้ แต่จะเตรียมตัวละนะ แสดงให้เห็นว่าเราอยากทำงานกับเค้าจริงๆ)
