Common Noun (นามทั วไป) เปนคานามท ใชเรยกคน สัตว ส งของ สถานท ทั วๆไป ความคด (person, animal, place, thing, idea) โดยไม เฉพาะเจาะจง เช น ส งของ boy, sign, table, hill, water, sugar, atom, elephant สถานท city, hill, road, stadium, school, company เหต การณ revolution, journey, meeting ความร สก fear, hate, love เวลา year, minute, millennium Common countable Common uncountable indefinite( ไม เจาะจง) definite( เจาะจง) indefinite( ไม เจาะจง) definite( เจาะจง) Singular a cow the cow milk the milk plural cows the cows - - Common Nouns จะไม ข นตนดวยตัวใหญ (Capital letter) ยกเวนเปนคาข นตนของประโยค Ex, There are many children on the beach. Children love to swim. Countable/Uncountable Nouns - นามนับได/ไมได 1.1 Countable Nouns (นามนับได ) เปนนามท สามารถแยกนับจานวนหน ง .. สอง .. สามได ไม ว าจะมหรอไม มรปร างก ได มร ปราง ( สามารสัมผัสได) – เช น dog, chair, tree, school, country, student, biscuit ไมมร ปราง ( ไม สามารถสัมผัสได) - เช น day, month, year, weekend, journey กจกรรม: job, assignment - มทั งรปเอกพจนและพหพจน เอกพจน : เช น dog, country, day, year พห พจน : เช น dogs, countries, days, years - การใช นามนับไดเอกพจน ตองนาหนาดวย articles / /Determiners อย างใดอย างหน ง เช น I want an orange. ( ไม ใช I want orange.) Where is the bottle? ( ไม ใช Where is bottle?) Do you want this book? - การใชนามนับไดพหพจนอาจจะนาหนาดวย articles / Determiners หรอไม ก ได เช น I like to feed the birds . ( เฉพาะเจาะจง ตองม articles) Cats are interesting pets. ( ไม เฉพาะเจาะจง ไม ตองม article ) I want those books on the table.
