17. พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเรียงความสําคัญของมิติบริการเหมือนกันทั้งสองฝั่ง คือ ให้ความสําคัญกับมิติบริการด้านความเต็มใจและรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองสูงสุดและมิติบริการ ด้านรูปลักษณ์ทางกายภาพที่สัมผัสได้น้อยที่สุด แสดงว่าหัวข้อย่อยทั้ง 29 ข้อที่ได้เลือกมาครอบคลุมทุกมิติบริการอย่างครบถ้วน ผู้ตอบ แบบสอบถามเข้าใจในคําถามและความหมายอย่างถูกต้อง นอกจากนี้ยังสะท้อนให้เห็นอีกว่า การลําดับคําพูด การใช้ภาษาที่สะท้อนความรู้สึกเชิงบวกทําให้ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยสมบูรณ์แบบ หากโรงแรมต้องเลือกมิติบริการที่ต้องการปรับปรุงเร่งด่วน มิติบริการที่ควรให้ ความสําคัญก่อนคือ มิติบริการด้านความเต็มใจและรวดเร็วในการตอบสนอง ความไว้วางใจได้ และความเชื่อถือและมั่นใจ เนื่องจากทั้ง 3 ด้านนี้เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับพนักงานผู้ให้บริการและ ทั้งหมดไม่สามารถจับต้องได้ การให้การฝึกอบรมและการปลูกจิตสํานึกในงานบริการเป็นเรื่องที่ สําคัญเร่งด่วนและต้องทบทวนอย่างสมํ่าเสมอ 5.8.สรุป SERVQUAL แบบดั้งเดิมและสูตร P-E ยังใช้ได้ดีมากในการประเมินคุณภาพ บริการในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรม โดยจะต้องมีด้านความคาดหวังบริการเพื่อเป็นจุดอ้างอิงใน การเปรียบเทียบ คุณภาพบริการมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และถึงแม้ว่า คุณภาพบริการจะได้คะแนนติดลบหากคะแนนเฉลี่ยในด้านการบริการที่ได้รับสูงกว่าจุดกึ่งกลาง (3.5) ก็ยังสามารถบอกได้ว่าลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งจะยืนยันได้กับแบบสอบถามในส่วนที่สาม การสํารวจคุณภาพบริการของโรงแรมในประเทศไทยในมุมมองของนักเดินทางที่เป็นนักธุรกิจ พบว่ามิติบริการด้านความเต็มใจและรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองสําคัญที่สุด ดังนั้นโรงแรมที่ ต้องการสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันอย่างสมํ่าเสมอก็ควรพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการด้านที่ ลูกค้าให้ความสําคัญที่สุดด้วย 5.9.บรรณานุกรม หนังสือ Berry, L.
