สายการบิน Thai Vietjet Air เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Ground Operations Officer ขอ TOEIC 550+

– Knowledge in Ground Operations or Customer service
– Background in airline operations
– Relevant certifications in ground operations

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks at Counter check-in, Boarding gate, Lost and Found
• Attend and support passenger complaint
• Solve and provide correct information to the passenger
• Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well
• Check email and reply in an appropriate time frame

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above  
• Male / Female                                                        
• Welcome fresh graduate                                                           
• Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services                               
• Background in airline operations                                                           
• Relevant certifications in ground operations       
• Proficient in oral and written English, and Thai. (TOEIC score of 550 or Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.

• English Resume
• Copied house registration
• Copied national ID card
• Copied of Transcript
• Copied of Passport
• Copied of previous employment letter (if applicable)
• Copierd of TOEIC certificate 
• Military exemption (for males)
