specification to cooperate with customer or parent company. • Registration and organizing the customer complaint, follow up and feedback corrective action to customer.

• Oversee the overall HR function (Staffing,employee relations, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training etc.) • Participate as a member of the local management team regarding matters pertaining to Company's business, policies and procedures, business strategies, etc. • Liaise with Government and other statutory bodies (when required) to ensure full compliance to all laws and regulation pertaining to Employment • Provide Management with Monthly HR Reports and

1.Prepare sales strategies and action plans for the assigned sales territory to achieve the set sales target, in coordination with Distributor management . 2.Review and follow • up with the sales team in performance vs set sales target, Develop the local strategy with action plan in line with corporate commercial strategy. 3. Ensure the channel, outlet and distribution expansion as well as the healthy increase of sales volume in all channels. 4. Ensure timely collection of monthly
dues and follow • up delayed payments from customers; take necessary actions to minimize bad debt. 5. Periodically conduct business plan and review with Distributor . 6. Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, development, compensation, and motivation of assigned personnel. 7.Being knowledgeable of the company’s products and services. 8.Developing and executing strategies which achieve sales target. 9.Working closely with distributors/partners
