Position Summary

Ongoing monitoring and Drive quality performance in production processes to meet quality goals.
Work closely with both Operations and Project team to maintain good quality and to achieve desired quality level.
Ensure compliance of QMS and identify the issue and follow up through CAPA Process.
Lead major quality improvements including CAPA’s and projects to support Operational Excellence.

Job Description

Monitor quality indicators and trends for the area in response.
Conduct investigates, develop, and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Driving continuous improvement activities for product related quality in production floor.
Work closely with both Operations and Project team to maintain good quality and to achieve desired quality level.
Support improvements that related processes and materials. Support LSS and Operational Excellence through project team participation.
Performs other relate duties of similar type and work on assigned.
To responsible for safety in the workplace and safety of direct report staff.
Emphasize company environment health and safety rules and regulations to employees and ensure compliance.
Ensure that all accidents & near miss are reported to management and injured are given proper treatment.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher of Engineering in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or sciences and related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in quality control and/or process control, in large manufacturing company is preferred.
Effective problem solving and analytical skills, and able to lead and influence others to drive improvements.
Good knowledge in risk analysis and risk management.
Strong in knowledge and practice of Corrective action & Preventive action program base on 8D methodologies.
Good knowledge and practice of FMEA, Control plans, and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Minitab, and email.
Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
Leadership skills and Team player.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

-วุฒิการศึกษา ม.3 ขึ้นไป
-เป็นผู้ที่มีอายุ 18-35 ปี

-หากเป็นชายต้องเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือ เรียน รด.แล้ว
-สามารถทำโอทีหลังเลิกงานทุกวัน

รายละเอียดในการทำงาน

-บริษัทมีรถบัสปรับอากาศรับส่งพนักงานหลายสาย ทั้งชลบุรีและระยอง
-เวลาทำงาน 4 วันหยุด 2 วัน เดือนหนึ่งประมาณ 20 วัน แต่จ้างเป็นพนักงานรายเดือน ได้เงินเดือนเต็ม 30 วัน

-เข้ากะกลางวันและกลางคืนสลับกันทุกสัปดาห์
-มีโอทีทุกวันวันละ 3 ชั่วโมง กะกลางวันเลิกโอที 20.00 น. กะกลางคืนเลิก 08.00 น.
-บริษัทผลิตถุงมือแพทย์ มีระเบียบด้าน GMP ไม่แต่งหน้า ทาครีม และไว้เล็บ
