Great and solid performance - handles everything my larger desktop did - no crashes so far. I have multiple hard drives, 2 monitors, 2 printers, 2 scanners and a wide-format all-in-one fax-scan-print attached. Handles everything with ease. I'm very happy with this purchase!

The computer was clean and had all the equipment listed. The refurbished hard drive was a 10 year old Hitachi and most hard drives are only reliable for 5 years. I immediately replaced the drive with an SSD. Since it was set up and registered with a Windows 10 Pro digital license, installing Windows 10 on the SSD was quick and painless. The core i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM in conjunction with the SSD make this a very speedy machine. The Optiplex 7010 supports up to four SATA drives, which is what I wanted. Several deep scratches in the paint were painted over, but that does not affect the operation of the PC. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Let me start by saying this, this is not a gaming computer. However, it is an excellent computer to upgrade to a gaming computer with a few parts. Right out of the box, everything is professionally taken care of. It was clean aesthetically from the outside, had detailed instructions, and a clear indication to where the product key is because I'm assuming most people miss that. I checked the inside out and to my surprise, it was in great condition! No dust, bends, or rust. Everything exactly how it should be. Everything booted up perfectly. I had some questions while my PC was being delivered and I was concerned that the package had stopped moving. The merchant was quick to address my concerns check into the matter for me and follow up with me after they had noticed it was delivered. This was an excellent experience and if I need anything else computer wise I would recommend this merchant and continue buying from them! PS ignore the Wi-Fi Card. I added this myself

This pc is what I asked for but when I get whay I bought and it looks nothing like the image in the preview I get questions, for people who would read this review it is what I bought came with everything which was good, new thermal paste, thats not why I gave this a super bad review the reason I did was bc I got this desktop and when I say it looks and feels it looks and feels like someone 100% spray painted over the thing the power button stuck and it smelled like spray paint just glad everything works

I had a computer-savvy friend take a look at this before I bought, and he said it looked like a good find, so I went ahead with the purchase. It was easy to set up, and while there was a lot of set-up crap to do (Microsoft account, password that you can't bypass, and some other stuff I haven't messed with yet) it was all pretty straightforward. It's fast and has tons of memory. There are some differences that it took me awhile to get used to (I came from Windows 7, which is so user friendly I hated to give it up), but I expected that so not too big a deal. Decent initial warranty from the seller, shipped fast, got here in perfect condition. So far, I'm happy!

Got a pretty clean system with everything advertized, Great great packaging. mouse and keybaord like any office pc are for office use nothing really more. hdd is fairly slow for wiriting. and copying. overall fairly pleased with the computer

Energy efficient. I easily added a 1TB Solid State Drive & Gigabyte GTX 1650 Super Graphics Card. It's fast now & can handle the latest games while conserving energy.

Both pc's came fast safe and working cases in good shape everything packed well my only suggestion is i would have rather had a smaller ssd then that large slow drive i have ssd's here so it's all good but these old drives should not be used any more when the price of a ssd is so cheap
