The PWM function allows the motherboard to run the fan precisely at its necessary speed. This guarantees the required cooling and minimizes the noise level.

Even at low speeds the operating sound of the new ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable. Due to a sinus-magnetizing the new motor only creates about 5 % of the vibration from commutation of a regular DC-motor without filter.

Support I bought a prebuilt gaming PC and realized it had no intake fan while upgrading the graphics card. I ordered one of these and it’s doing great so far as a single intake fan. Temps stay nice and cool while gaming.

I installed it in a device which unfortunately doesn't seem to (yet) have a way to manage the fan speed so these guys are running a full speed. Not super noisy but definitely noticeable. I am looking into that. My previous arctic fans are quiet when it is properly controlled so I expect once I figure that out, these would be quite quiet as well.

If you do not have the budget to go up to the Notcua fans, then these are your best bet. Almost silent noise levels at low and mid rpm levels with great airflow.

Super quiet and they cool way better than my stock dell fans. The splitter cable is great also if you need to add more fans and your pc and don't have any pins left.

Not the quietest but I have one installed on a Pure Rock Slim 2 heatsink with a 5600X and it doesn't go over 80c with stress testing. It has superior static pressure to the stock fan. I also use a couple of these on a NAS. The PST feature has come in handy more than once.

If you want a fan upgrade for a Kraken GPU Bracket this is the right fan.

Item works perfect for a chain fans line-up. I am using with an ITX built and works like a charm.

I upgraded my Dell XPS 8940's rear case fan (80 mm) with this one. I also upgraded the CPU cooler and added two more Arctic fans (120mm and 80 mm) to the front of the case. I ordered the PST versions of all the Arctic fans so that I could daisy-chain them without confusing the motherboard's RPM sensor.

Be advised, unlike some reviewers, I do not get any boot-up errors about any of my new fans, during the standard boot cycle, but the 8940's BIOS (UEFI) does register an error in the BIOS-based hardware diagnostic self test; just the one for the case's fan. This is because the oem Dell fan (Delta AUB0812HHD) has an RPM limit of 4500 RPM, and the self test is looking for ~4000 RPM. This Arctic fan (92mm) has an RPM range that maxes out around 1800 RPM. So it looks like a failure to the BIOS. But I only see this error when I explicitly run the test at start up; it does not produce an error with a regular boot cycle. All these fans are much quieter than the Dell-supplied fans.

Ein wirkliches Qualitätsprodukt. Sehr leise, sehr stabil.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ventola per dissy CPU

Reviewed in Italy on November 29, 2023

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Lüfter, perfekte Preis/Leistung

Reviewed in Germany on May 29, 2023

Top.

All in all, definitiv eine klare Empfehlung.

4.0 out of 5 stars Leichtes Rauschen

Reviewed in Germany on November 24, 2023
