หนงั สืออา่ นเพิ่มเติมเร่ือง Singular and Plural Nouns เล่มน้ี เป็นหนงั สืออ่านเพิม่ เติมกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ (ภาษาองั กฤษ) เป็นสื่อการสอนระดบั ประถมศึกษาปี ท่ี ๖ ประกอบดว้ ยเน้ือหาเก่ียวกบั คานาม เอกพจนแ์ ละพหูพจน์ และแบบฝึกหดั หลายๆรูปแบบ มีภาพประกอบเพ่ือ ช่วยใหผ้ เู้ รียนเขา้ ใจตวั อยา่ งทน่ี าเสนอไดม้ ากข้ึน ผเู้ รียนสามารถเรียนรู้ ทาความเขา้ ใจ และฝึกฝนดว้ ยตนเอง อีกท้งั สามารถตรวจคาตอบจากเฉลยท่ี ใหไ้ วท้ า้ ยเล่มได้

สวสั ดคี ่ะเดก็ ๆ สำหรับบทเรียนนเี้ ป็ นเรื่องเกยี่ วกบั คำนำม ซ่ึงเดก็ ๆ 1 จะได้เรียนรู้ควำมหมำย ลกั ษณะ และวธิ ีกำรใช้คำนำม ท้ำยบทเรียน ยงั มแี บบฝึ กหัดให้ทำเพ่ือเป็ นกำรทบทวนควำมรู้จำกกำรอ่ำนด้วยนะคะ ถ้ำพร้อมแล้วให้เดก็ ๆเร่ิมอ่ำนบทเรียนได้เลยค่ะ

คำนำม (Noun) คือ คาท่ีใชเ้ รียกช่ือ คน สตั ว์ สิ่งของ ซ่ึงสามารถแบ่ง ออกไดเ้ ป็น 2 ชนิดใหญ่ๆ คือ

1. คานามนบั ได้ (Countable Noun) 2. คานามนบั ไม่ได้ (Uncountable Noun)

คำนำมนบั ได้ (Countable Noun) ไดแ้ ก่ คานามท่ีสามารถนบั เป็ น หน่ึง สอง สาม สี่…..ได้ เช่น

knife(s) leaf(s) car(s) wolf(s) apple(s)

คำนำมนบั ไม่ได้ (Uncountable Noun) ไดแ้ ก่ คานามดงั ต่อไปน้ี 1. ไม่มรี ูปร่ำง เช่น อากาศ และคาท่ีบอกสภาพ อาการ หรือสถานะ

บางอยา่ ง เช่น

poverty ความจน furniture เครื่องเรือน

scenery ทิวทศั น์ air อากาศ

2. มรี ูปร่ำงแต่ไม่อยู่ในวสิ ัยทจ่ี ะนบั ได้ เช่น

rice ขา้ ว water น้า

soap สบู่ salt เกลือ

คานามประเภทน้ีถา้ นบั จานวน จะตอ้ งนบั ภาชนะที่บรรจุ 2

เช่น two glasses of water น้าสองแกว้ หรือนบั ลกั ษณะเป็ นกลุ่มกอ้ น

เช่น two lumps of sugar น้าตาลสองกอ้ น

ต่อไปเดก็ ๆจะได้เรียนรู้ ควำมหมำยและลกั ษณะของ คำนำมเอกพจน์และพหูพจน์ รวมถงึ กำรนำคำไปใช้ใน ประโยคต่ำงๆด้วยค่ะ

คำนำมเอกพจน์ (Singular Noun) คือคานามที่มีส่ิงเดียว อนั เดียว ตวั เดียว หรือจานวนเดียว มกั ใช้ a หรือ an นาหนา้ เช่น

a car an apple

คำนำมพหูพจน์ (Plural Nouns) คือ คานามท่ีมีมากกวา่ จานวนเดียว ไมใ่ ช้ a หรือ an นาหนา้ แตเ่ ติม s หรือ es หลงั คานามเมื่อมีจานวน มากกวา่ 1 เช่น

two cars two apples

เป็ นอย่ำงไรกนั บ้ำงคะเดก็ ๆ คงเข้ำใจควำมหมำยและลกั ษณะของ คำนำมกนั มำกขนึ้ แล้วนะคะ ต่อไปจะเป็ นกำรเรียนรู้หลกั กำรเปลย่ี น คำนำมเอกพจน์เป็ นพหูพจน์ค่ะ เดก็ ๆอย่ำลืมทำแบบฝึ กหดั ทบทวนใน แต่ละหลกั กำรด้วยนะคะ ไปเริ่มเรียนรู้กนั เลยค่ะ

หลกั กำรเปลยี่ นคำนำมเอกพจน์เป็ นพหูพจน์

หลกั กำรท่ี 1 ให้เตมิ s หลงั คำนำมเอกพจน์ทัว่ ๆไป เช่น

a zebra - two zebras มา้ ลาย ชา้ งa elephant - two elephants

นกa bird - two birds a seals - two seals แมวน้า
