Premiere is not creating the file folders under the project for audio previews, video previews, and auto-save files. Usually when I have an issue with an audio clip from a video clip (where they are not synced), I can go into the conformed file folder and delete those files and make PP recreate them. However, with this setup, it doesn't not place those CONFORMED files in the appropriate file folders. What is the main problem and why is PP not saving them in the "Same as Project" like it states under File/Scratch disks but they are not there. Every time I open up this project I am working on, I have a few video clips that the audio sync is not accurate. Which can be very, very frustrating when I cannot find any of the conformed files.
In the same folder where you have saved your project you must have a subfolder called Adobe Premiere Pro Video Preview (like the one in my screenshot). Close Premiere Pro before deleting everything you have inside that folder, then open and ready, you must make new previews.
