จีไอเอสและ GPS ต่างกันอย่างไร

และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่เข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ พื้นที่บนโลก ประกอบด้วย ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) การรับรู้จากระยะไกล (RS) และระบบกําหนดตําแหน่งบนพื้น โลก (GPS) เทคโนโลยีทั้งสามประเภทนี้สามารถทํางานเป็นอิสระ ต่อกัน หรือสามารถนํามาเชื่อมโยงร่วมกัน ทําให้ประสิทธิภาพ เพิ่มมากขึ้น
